  Bill Douglass has been involved in the construction/ renovation business in many capacities for many years. He has labored on construction sites, wired homes from mast to outlets, tiled kitchens and bathrooms, plumbed sinks toilets and dishwashers,

installed counter tops stoves and cabinets and the list goes on. More recently he has worked for the Small Business Administration as a Construction Analyst inspecting and assessing damaged commercial and residential property to include structures, landscapes and vehicles. He is a graduate and certificate holder from the National Home Inspection Institute. He is a member of the International Code Council (ICC) and is currently providing the home-buying public with accurate and professional home inspection services.

 

 

  Rachel Douglass wears many hats within the organization to include, Secretary, Dispatcher, Receptionist, CFO, etc... She has extensive experience in the professional community in upper management, handling and directing staffs of up to 101 people and budgets in the millions. She has a friendly, energetic and highly professional style that is crucial to the continuing success of this thriving business.
